About
Trucker Insider started as a simple idea: tell the stories of American trucking the way drivers actually experience them. Not recycled clickbait read over stock footage, but researched rundowns built from driver forums, county news archives, and public records. The truck stops that vanished. The roads that end careers. The stops drivers actually trust.
Why a shop?
Every episode costs more than it looks like it costs. Records requests have fees. Archives have paywalls. Research takes days per video, and ads alone don't cover it. The shop exists so the channel can stay independent: no sponsor scripts, no recycled content farms, just the inside story told properly.
The standard
Nothing goes on this lot unless it passes the same bar the videos do. That means real materials, designs drawn with intent instead of clip art, and small runs we can stand behind. If it looks like something a content farm would slap on a print-on-demand hoodie, it doesn't ship.
Who's driving
The same person who writes the scripts reads the messages that come through this shop. Ideas for designs, corrections on an episode, a stop we should cover next: send it in. Drivers' suggestions have shaped more than one list already.
While the shelves fill up, the channel is already rolling: Trucker Insider on YouTube, and the written companion pieces live at truckerinsiderusa.com.
